Overview

The AKKA Technologies group has a strong motto: “The best way to anticipate the future is to invent it. Let’s transmit the passion for technology”. This is the commitment that the company wished to reinforce amongst its employees: to thank them for international achievements, enhance their wellbeing in the workplace, encourage ambition and above all enable them to get to know each other so as to work better together.

Our approach

It is in Berlin, the hotspot of digital and cutting-edge technology that 400 managers of the group got together to look back on the successes of the year gone by and to project themselves into the future. In view of the dense programme of this event, Mondial Events decided on a single location to ascertain comfort, fluidity and presence of mind.

The event

Highlighting the main international successes of the group and sharing the vision of the future were the main axes of the stay in Berlin.
Plenary session enhanced by 3D projection, video jingles, mobile app with numerous functionalities, group photo, word cloud…
The Market Place, a forum with 35 corners to present the year’s innovative projects and discuss strategic topics and subjects.
The Akka Awards ceremony, punctuated by upbeat magic shows, placed employees and innovation of the group on the central stage.
Gala dinner with a sprinkling of magic, followed by dancing with a live DJ set.

UNIFYING MOMENTUM

The focus being on the group’s activity and future, the event required fluid organisation enabling to receive information from the plenary session, participate in workshops and bring participants together thanks in particular to the cutting-edge services of the venue. Conviviality, sharing and projection were the guiding lines in the design of a convention brimming with meaning and experiences.

This is how Mondial Events perceives its role as creator of company events: creation of an entire world for your project, whether it be a convention, company trip or digital strategy.
